D.O Duties Details
Morning Duties
Patrol Duty
-Location:around classroom block and emergency path way
-Purpose: To prevent illegal stuff/Discipline problem happening in cdss etc:smoking
-Tips: Must be brave to hunt around school & be smart to duel with nasty students.
Key Distribution Duty
-Location:In front Art Gallery
-Purpose: To distribute class key in the morning to class chairman in the exchange of ezlink card
-Tips: Must be polite and smile always so to brighten up their day.
File Collection Duty
-Location: Parade Square (upp sec) Hall (Lower Sec)
-Purpose: To collect all attendance files from all class form teachers
-Tips: Collect fast but not early, they need time to mark. Greed the teacher and ask politely for the file. Best timing to collect is 10mins before 8am.
Relief Duty
-Location: Parade Square (upp sec) Hall (Lower Sec) and Staff Room.
-Purpose: To allow teachers to know that they have relief duty on that day and also to allow classes to know where to go during the lesson where their subject teacher is absent that day.
-Tips: Give out fast and put up your sunshine smile always.Greed the teacher politely
Late Coming Duty
-Location: School gate
-Purpose: help teacher to get the late comer noted/recorded.
-Tips: work fast and be conscious on what you doing, always double check the recorded late comer
-Steps!
1. get late comer seated in level
2. get late comer ezlink and ask their class
3. note his name on a the late coming paper then check and tick his name on the level file to see if he is late more than 4th time
4a. if yes, record his name on the detention file and keep his ezlink card
4b. if no keep the ezlink card until bell ring then give back
5. label the late coming paper with classes then go general office to photo copy the no. of classes that late that day
6. After photo copy then put the late coming paper to the form class teachers pigeon hole
Recess Duty
Patrol Duty
-Location: Basketball court, classroom block, fitness corner
-Purpose: To prevent illegal stuff/Discipline problem happening in cdss (etc: smoking)
-Tips: Must be brave to hunt around school & be smart to duel with nasty students. Just have to move around, don't be afraid!
-Caught smoker don't confront to them! Tell your duty IC or teachers.
-Any classroom lights/fans/projector are not off or classroom door is unlock please tell your duty IC.
-Students in classroom, get them out, if can't please ask for help from your IC
Blocker Duty
-Location: Paths that can passes through to classroom block. Sprial Staircase, amphit theater and MT and upper sec entrance
-Purpose: To stop CDians from going back to classroom during recess in so not to disturb other level having lesson.
-Tips: Must be polite to everyone, don’t yell at them.
For lower sec on blocking duty
-Those blocking at spiral staircase and amphitheater please stay till everyone is back to class
-Those blocking upper sec entrance please leave the shutter down until everyone is back to classroom
-Those blocking MT entrance pleases allow the lower sec to go back their class by that path at 10.30am and don't allow them to pass by the upper sec side!
For upper sec on blocking duty
-Those blocking at spiral staircase and amphitheater please stay till everyone is back to class
-Those blocking MT room entrance please leave the shutter down until everyone is back to classroom
-Those blocking upper sec entrance please allow the upper sec to go back their class by that path at 11.30am and don't allow them to pass by the lower sec side!
